Lodybert
IDR 30.7M attributed revenue from 163 attributed purchases at 4.06× blended ROAS
At a glance
When TikTok Shop was blocked in Indonesia, the priority was keeping the business selling. I helped shift the acquisition engine to Shopee with a CPAS-led approach.
The challenge
TikTok Shop was no longer available in Indonesia, so Lodybert needed a practical route to keep selling through Shopee without losing the momentum built on social.
My role
I owned the work across Meta Ads, CPAS, from direction to measurement.
The approach
Understand the problem
I started with the business context, user needs, and the main constraint. TikTok Shop was no longer available in Indonesia, so Lodybert needed a practical route to keep selling through Shopee without losing the momentum built on social.
Set the direction
I moved the acquisition focus to Shopee CPAS, using paid media to bring qualified demand into the marketplace and align campaign decisions with product sales.
Execute and coordinate
I turned the direction into work across Meta Ads, CPAS and kept the cross-functional decisions tied to what the business needed next.
Measure and improve
Progress was reviewed through output quality, user response, and commercial impact. Each cycle produced evidence for the next priority.
The outcome
The campaign recorded IDR 30.7M in attributed revenue from 163 purchases, with a 4.06× blended ROAS. It also generated IDR 354M in add-to-cart value, giving the team a clearer view of product interest beyond completed purchases.
Evidence:
- IDR 30.7M attributed revenue
- 163 attributed purchases
- 4.06× blended ROAS
- IDR 354M add-to-cart value
