At a glance

Boxiepack's live website acts as a conversion layer between demand and the marketplace. It explains the product before asking visitors to buy.

The challenge

Boxiepack had to sell a physical product with many variations, sizes, and seasonal use cases. Visitors needed enough product context to choose the right box, then move cleanly to Shopee or WhatsApp.

My role

I owned the work across Product content, UX, development, SEO/SEM, tracking, from direction to measurement.

The approach

01

Understand the problem

I started with the business context, user needs, and the main constraint. Boxiepack had to sell a physical product with many variations, sizes, and seasonal use cases. Visitors needed enough product context to choose the right box, then move cleanly to Shopee or WhatsApp.

02

Set the direction

I built the experience around product discovery, dimensions, use cases, social proof, seasonal collections, and channel-specific CTAs. The implementation includes a structured product catalog, featured products, collections, Shopee and WhatsApp routes, reusable content sections, and marketing event tracking for product clicks and catalog actions. The structure supports both organic discovery and paid traffic while keeping the final purchase action close to the decision.

03

Execute and coordinate

I turned the direction into work across Product content, UX, development, SEO/SEM, tracking and kept the cross-functional decisions tied to what the business needed next.

04

Measure and improve

Progress was reviewed through output quality, user response, and commercial impact. Each cycle produced evidence for the next priority.

The outcome

The experience combines product education, seasonal discovery, customer proof, dimensions, a structured catalog, and direct Shopee or WhatsApp actions. The live site reports 100rb+ boxes sold and a 4.9 Shopee rating as commercial proof points.

Evidence:

Results
  • Product-led landing experience with catalog, collections, and campaign-ready sections
  • Shopee and WhatsApp purchase paths connected to product and contact actions
  • Marketing event tracking implemented for product clicks and catalog interactions
  • Performance implementation scoring above 90 on key audits
