The approach
Understand the problem
I started with the business context, user needs, and the main constraint. The existing WordPress frontend needed a faster, more maintainable foundation for the dental studio and for the SEO and SEM team working on the site.
Set the direction
I rebuilt the public-facing website in Next.js as a full-stack implementation, including the page system, routing, WordPress API integration, content delivery, responsive behavior, and performance foundations. I handled the website build and technical implementation; ongoing content, SEO, and SEM execution stayed with their team.
Execute and coordinate
I turned the direction into work across Next.js, full-stack development, WordPress API, performance and kept the cross-functional decisions tied to what the business needed next.
Measure and improve
Progress was reviewed through output quality, user response, and commercial impact. Each cycle produced evidence for the next priority.
The outcome
My contribution covered the full website build: frontend, routing, backend/API integration, content delivery, responsive behavior, and technical foundations that make the site easier for the client's SEO and SEM team to improve. Their SEO and SEM strategy and ongoing execution remained with their team.
