At a glance

Kasbro's website was built around the questions a business owner needs answered before trying a bookkeeping service.

The challenge

Kasbro needed to make a practical financial product understandable before asking a business owner to start a conversation. The website had to reduce explanation friction and make the next step obvious.

My role

I owned the work across Strategy, UX, development, SEO/SEM, tracking, from direction to measurement.

The approach

01

Understand the problem

I started with the business context, user needs, and the main constraint. Kasbro needed to make a practical financial product understandable before asking a business owner to start a conversation. The website had to reduce explanation friction and make the next step obvious.

02

Set the direction

I turned the offer into a tighter message hierarchy, responsive page system, and enquiry path focused on clarity first. The implementation includes WhatsApp-first onboarding, invoice and receipt OCR messaging, pricing and demo paths, a blog content system, and event storage for analytics and conversion review. The work treats the website as a conversion layer for acquisition, not as a generic company profile.

03

Execute and coordinate

I turned the direction into work across Strategy, UX, development, SEO/SEM, tracking and kept the cross-functional decisions tied to what the business needed next.

04

Measure and improve

Progress was reviewed through output quality, user response, and commercial impact. Each cycle produced evidence for the next priority.

The outcome

The product story connects WhatsApp transaction capture, receipt and invoice OCR, dashboards, reports, pricing, and a clear demo path. The site also includes a blog system and analytics events so acquisition and content can be reviewed together.

Evidence:
