Sahabatcare
Building a maternal and child healthcare homecare service from customer need to daily operation
At a glance
Sahabatcare was a healthcare homecare product and operating service, not only an app. Trust, provider workflow, and operational consistency had to shape the product from day one.
The challenge
Families needed maternal and child healthcare at home, but the experience had to feel safe and simple while still working for healthcare providers and our operating team.
My role
I owned the work across Product, technology, operations, partnerships, from direction to measurement.
The approach
Understand the problem
I started with the business context, user needs, and the main constraint. Families needed maternal and child healthcare at home, but the experience had to feel safe and simple while still working for healthcare providers and our operating team.
Set the direction
I turned customer and healthcare-service needs into product requirements, user journeys, digital workflows, and operating processes. I coordinated Product, Technology, Operations, and Partnerships from the first concept through launch.
Execute and coordinate
I turned the direction into work across Product, technology, operations, partnerships and kept the cross-functional decisions tied to what the business needed next.
Measure and improve
Progress was reviewed through output quality, user response, and commercial impact. Each cycle produced evidence for the next priority.
The outcome
The organization grew from 3 to 9 team members and secured USD 30K in government grant funding.
Evidence:
- Team grew from 3 to 9 members
- USD 30K government grant funding secured
