Sikerja
Delivering a mobile and web public-service platform for the Government of Central Sulawesi
At a glance
The project connected job discovery, KUR access, workforce certification, and foreign-investment monitoring in one public-service platform for the Government of Central Sulawesi.
The challenge
SIKERJA brought job discovery, KUR access, workforce certification, and foreign-investment monitoring into one platform. The harder part was turning policy and input from four stakeholder groups into a product the team could build coherently.
My role
I owned the work across Product definition, requirements, reviews, testing, go-live, handover, from direction to measurement.
The approach
Understand the problem
I started with the business context, user needs, and the main constraint. SIKERJA brought job discovery, KUR access, workforce certification, and foreign-investment monitoring into one platform. The harder part was turning policy and input from four stakeholder groups into a product the team could build coherently.
Set the direction
I led an eight-person team across UI/UX, design, content, mobile, and full-stack development. Over seven months, I coordinated product definition, requirements, reviews, testing, approvals, go-live, and handover.
Execute and coordinate
I turned the direction into work across Product definition, requirements, reviews, testing, go-live, handover and kept the cross-functional decisions tied to what the business needed next.
Measure and improve
Progress was reviewed through output quality, user response, and commercial impact. Each cycle produced evidence for the next priority.
The outcome
Public-sector delivery taught me to slow down at the right moments: listen carefully, document why decisions were made, and give different stakeholders a product direction they could understand and support.
Evidence:
- Eight-person delivery team
- Four stakeholder groups aligned
- Mobile and web platform delivered over seven months
