Tito Journey
A travel website that turns destination interest into a more useful trip conversation
At a glance
Tito Journey was designed as a travel conversion experience rather than a gallery of destinations.
The challenge
Tito Journey needed to turn destination curiosity into qualified conversations. The website had to explain the trip, establish trust, and reduce the gap between browsing and asking for details.
My role
I owned the work across Content, UX, development, SEO/SEM, tracking, from direction to measurement.
The approach
Understand the problem
I started with the business context, user needs, and the main constraint. Tito Journey needed to turn destination curiosity into qualified conversations. The website had to explain the trip, establish trust, and reduce the gap between browsing and asking for details.
Set the direction
I structured the experience around destination discovery, package clarity, trust signals, and direct enquiry paths across mobile and desktop. The static implementation includes SEO metadata, destination filtering, reveal motion, a structured inquiry form, and a WhatsApp handoff that carries the traveler's destination, group context, and message into the conversation.
Execute and coordinate
I turned the direction into work across Content, UX, development, SEO/SEM, tracking and kept the cross-functional decisions tied to what the business needed next.
Measure and improve
Progress was reviewed through output quality, user response, and commercial impact. Each cycle produced evidence for the next priority.
The outcome
The website connects destination storytelling, package information, trust, and a form that turns visitor preferences into a prepared WhatsApp request for the travel team.
Evidence:
- Destination-led information architecture with interactive filtering
- Inquiry form connected to a structured WhatsApp handoff
- SEO-ready static page with destination and travel-tailor content
- Responsive experience built for discovery before enquiry
